Adult dosage (ages 18–64 years)

Typical dosage: 350–500 mg, three times per day and at bedtime. This is a total of three or four times per day (1,400 mg/day).

Senior dosage (ages 65 years and older)

This medication hasn’t been studied in adults older than 65 years. It shouldn’t be used in people of this age group.
